A team of AI agents set up around your business: answering enquiries, drafting quotes, chasing invoices and briefing you every morning. Every draft is checked by expert agents before you see it.
An AI agent is software with one clear job, like answering an enquiry, drafting a quote or chasing an invoice. It does the work and hands it to you to approve. In an eAIsy office, every department has its own agents.
Meet your office →A full eAIsy office runs 20 to 30 agents across your departments: answering, quoting, chasing, posting and researching, every day. They don't replace your people. They take the routine work off them, from £49 a month.
See the office floors →Every email and enquiry is read, sorted and answered in your tone, with a draft ready in minutes. Approve, change or reject it with one tap, or let routine replies go out on their own.
See how approvals work →Your dashboard and assistant work on your phone. See every department, approve drafts and ask "how's this week looking?" wherever you are.
See the dashboard →Each agent has one job, set up around how your business already runs. Open your office any time, or just read your Morning Briefing.
Your agents work in departments across three floors, all connected to the Brain: what they know about your business. Tap a floor to look around.
Alfred knows what every agent is doing. Ask what needs you first, tell him to chase an invoice, or add something to his to-do list by email, Teams or Slack. He suggests the next step, and only acts when you say so. And he doesn't have to be called Alfred: name your assistant whatever you like.
Enquiries answered, reply times, money chased, quotes won and hours saved, updated as your agents work. No guessing whether it's paying for itself.
Email, calendar, invoicing, social media, your website and your AI account. If a sign-in is about to expire or a permission drops, you're told what to fix before anything stops working. Press "Check now" to try it.

AI can sound confident and still be wrong. So no agent marks its own homework. Each draft goes to a panel of specialist reviewers first, and anything they're unsure about is flagged for you.
Not at all. Most of our clients start exactly there. You tell us how your business runs; we do the technical part and explain everything in plain English.
A panel of specialist AI reviewers that checks each draft for facts, tone and the rules you follow before it reaches you. If they're unsure about anything, they flag it for you instead of guessing.
Only when you're ready. To start with, you approve every draft. After that, only the routine jobs you choose go out automatically.
Possibly. We connect to the email and tools you already use wherever we can, but your agents need an AI account, and some features need other software, such as business email or a social media scheduling tool. You pay for these directly, so they stay in your name. Most businesses pay about £20 to £50 a month extra, and up to about £100 with everything on Office Plus. We use free plans wherever they're enough, and your proposal lists exactly what you need and what it costs before you sign up.
Yes. Every user signs in with multi-factor login, your data is encrypted and backed up daily, and it's hosted in Europe under UK GDPR. We sign a data processing agreement with every client, and work through your own accounts wherever possible.
After the first six months your plan rolls monthly. If you leave, we switch your office off and export your records to you, and any accounts in your name, like your email, stay yours.
Tell us how your business runs and which jobs eat your time. You'll see straight away how many hours you could save and which plan fits. Then we research your business and, within the hour, email a full proposal: your office design, a website and SEO check, a brand and social media review, and automation opportunities.
No sales call unless you ask for one.
