The basics
What is an AI agent?
Software with one clear job, such as answering an enquiry or drafting a quote. It does the work and hands it to you to approve.
I don't know anything about AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That's who we're for. We set everything up, explain it in plain English and look after it.
What is Overcheck?
A panel of expert reviewer agents that check every draft for facts, tone and your rules before it reaches you.
Will the agents reply to my customers on their own?
Only if you want them to. Everything comes to you to approve first. Later you can let routine messages, like payment reminders, send automatically.
What do I still need to do?
Make the decisions, approve drafts (about 10 to 15 minutes a day) and handle money, complaints and anything legal. See what stays with you.
Security and data
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. Multi-factor login, encryption, a firewall, daily backups, European hosting under UK GDPR and a data processing agreement as standard. See how it works.
Do you see my passwords?
No. You sign in to your own accounts yourself, and you can remove our access at any time.
Is my data used to train AI?
We set up AI accounts on business terms that don't use your data for training.
Where is my data stored?
On our secure server in Europe, in an office and database kept separate from every other client.
Costs and contracts
How much does it cost?
From £49 a month plus a one-off setup fee. See pricing.
Will I need any other subscriptions?
Usually an AI account (about £20 a month) and, depending on your plan, a social scheduling tool or email marketing. Most businesses pay about £20 to £50 a month extra. Your proposal lists exactly what you need.
Is there a minimum term?
Six months, then it rolls monthly.
What if I want to stop?
Give a month's notice after the minimum term. We export your records and switch your office off.
Getting started
How long does setup take?
Usually two to three weeks from sign-up to going live.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Your office works in any browser on your PC or phone.
Can you work with my existing tools?
We connect to Google, Microsoft, common accounting and booking tools and your website. If something isn't supported, we'll tell you before you sign up.
