Multi-factor login
Every user signs in with a password and a code from their phone. Lost phone? We lock the account.
Encrypted, end to end
Data is encrypted as it travels (HTTPS) and while it is stored on our server and in backups.
A firewall around your office
Only secure web traffic reaches the server. Admin access is limited to named eAIsy staff, with its own multi-factor login.
Kept separate
Each client has its own office and its own database. Your agents can never see another business’s data.
Least access
Agents get only the permissions their job needs. They never move money, and they never sign anything.
Backups and logs
Daily encrypted backups, kept for 30 days. Every action an agent takes is logged, so you can see who did what.
UK GDPR
Hosted in Europe. We sign a data processing agreement with you and are registered with the ICO.
